Our Story

Dennis and Mitzu discovered their first condo at Beach Cove Resort (Unit 519) in North Myrtle Beach and immediately knew it was something special. Its breathtaking direct oceanfront views and family-friendly comfort inspired them to open the space to others who cherish the ocean as much as they do.

Soon after, they expanded their vision with a second home at The Caravelle Resort (Unit 409) in Myrtle Beach. This charming, ocean and resort-view efficiency added a new option for couples, small families, and travelers seeking a cozy, affordable, and scenic getaway.

Together, these two condos form what they proudly call Petros Paradise—two distinct spaces, one shared mission: to offer guests a clean, comfortable, and memorable experience at the beach.

A spacious 1-bedroom condo that sleeps up to 6, featuring two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The private balcony offers true, uninterrupted oceanfront views—perfect for sunrises, coffee moments, and unwinding after a day on the sand.

Caravelle 409 – Ocean & Resort View Efficiency

A welcoming studio-style space ideal for up to 4 guests. This efficiency unit includes a king bed, a sofa sleeper, a full bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the ocean and resort pools. It’s a perfect fit for travelers seeking relaxation with all the essentials.
